A project centred on wine that aims to provide a coherent, visionary and authentic portrayal of the island of Sardinia.

Oskiros is a young, independent company built by people who believe in the value of doing things well. Every decision we make is informed by our understanding of the territory, our respect for time, and our commitment to producing authentic wines with longevity.

 

We cultivate historical varieties of Sardinian wine – Vermentino, Cannonau and Semidano – with an attentive and practical approach that prioritises quality without forcing.

Alongside this, we have the Antonys line of sparkling wines, which is a natural evolution of our journey.

 

We are an evolving winery, rooted but open, guided by a simple idea: to transform every harvest into a genuine, recognisable, living story.

Our wines.

Oskiros: three places, one soul.

The Oskiros wines are produced in three different areas of Sardinia that, despite their differences, share one essential feature: authenticity.

 

In Oschiri, among granite hills, generous altitudes and a constant breeze, we cultivate Vermentino di Gallura DOCG and Cannonau di Sardegna DOC. Here, the soil and light give voice to mineral, vibrant wines with a strong character.

 

In Arborea, on the Campidano coast, the sandy soils and mild climate are ideal for producing sparkling wine bases. It is here that the Antonys project was born, our elegant and contemporary line of method classico sparkling wines.

 

In Mogoro, at the heart of the Marmilla region, we cultivate Semidano, a rare and distinctive variety of grape that will soon enrich our collection with a white DOC wine with a fresh and authentic profile.

 

Every vineyard tells a story. Every bottle tells a story that brings together nature, vision and people.

Oskiros is a young, dynamic company in continuous evolution. It is a project built by people who share skills, vision and common sense, with the aim of developing a solid, contemporary wine-producing business with strong roots in Sardinia.

 

From production to communication, from vineyard to bottle, every decision is the result of a dialogue between professionals who are united by a passion for wine and a concrete and attentive approach to quality.

The sparkling wine according to Oskiros

The sparkling Oskiros extends from Oschiri towards Arborea, in the heart of the Campidano, where our future line of method classico sparkling wines, Antonys, is born.

A collaboration between Antonello Cester, the project's entrepreneurial driving force, and Mourad Ouada, a winemaker, Antonys is produced in the sandy vineyards of Arborea, just steps from the sea. The mild climate and steady breezes here create ideal conditions for producing fine sparkling wine bases.

 

The first cuvées are already ageing: three sparkling wines, including an ambitious method classico that has spent 36 months on the lees and promises to deliver freshness, verticality and a refined expression of the territory.

Antonys is the bright side of Oskiros: a new voice about to emerge — a blend of elegance, innovation, and a deep connection to Sardinia.
